Qualified Tuition Reduction (QTR) is a benefit that allows full-benefits eligible employees, retirees, their spouses, dependents, and certain affiliates to take courses at substantially reduced tuition rates at any of the three Arizona public Universities: the University of Arizona (including Global Campus), Arizona State University, and Northern Arizona University.
